Make a snapshot of a window in Microsoft Windows

Who needs a snapshot in Windows can press the Print Button, as every body know. But what to do if you need a snapshot of only one window? Here Windows Vista, 7 and 8 gives you the Snipping-tool, which works great. Who need a shortcut, like the Print-Button, or have an older operating system can also use the ALT+Print button. After pressing this buttons Windows will do a snapshot of only the active window. Fast and easy.

Fix problems with a shortcut key

Most of the PC users know, that they can undo a operation in a typing program as word or excel. But note that this operation is global in the Microsoft Windows world. With the shortcut CTRL+Z (Undo) you can clear failures on the fly. It works in nearly every program and even in the Windows Explorer, where you can bring back deleted files, for example.

With the shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+T you can bring back closed tabs.

Changing the active Window without a click

It often happens, if you are writng a text, that you need to switch back to another window, like a calculator, or a browser. The familiar shortcut, which you have to know is ALT+TAB. This makes the switching between Programs more easy. If you need a more stylish method, hold the Windows button + TAB.
